Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all challenges and giveaway cards run by MUFAD on give.mufad.in. By participating you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old (or have consent of a parent or guardian where permitted) and must participate personally. MUFAD team members and their immediate families may be excluded from winning. Participation is free — no purchase or payment is ever required.

2. One winner per challenge

Each challenge has exactly one winner: the first valid correct submission as recorded by the MUFAD server clock. Client-side times are not used. Once a winner is recorded, the challenge closes automatically and later submissions — even correct ones — do not win.

3. Attempt limit

Each participant may make up to 20 answer attempts per challenge (or the limit displayed for that challenge). An attempt is counted only when the CAPTCHA check passes and the answer is processed by the server. Using multiple devices, browsers, networks or identities to exceed the limit is prohibited.

4. Challenge changes and cancellation

MUFAD may cancel, pause, or replace a challenge before a winner is found (for example due to an error, technical failure, or abuse). A challenge's numbers, answer and reward are not changed after the first public submission; if a change is necessary, the challenge is cancelled and a new version is published.

5. Claiming a reward

Winners receive a Winner Code on screen. To claim, tap Redeem Now within 7 days and submit your name, mobile number, email and UPI ID from the same device. Payments are normally made within 24 hours of a valid claim. MUFAD verifies each claim before payment and may request reasonable information to confirm eligibility. Rewards are paid manually (for example via UPI) and are non-transferable unless MUFAD agrees otherwise.

6. Physical giveaway cards

Each giveaway card carries a unique 6-digit code that can be redeemed only once. The reward value is revealed only after online verification. Each giveaway card is valid until the expiry date set for its batch. Expired cards cannot be redeemed. Damaged, altered, duplicated or illegible cards may be declared invalid.

7. Fraud, abuse and disqualification

Bots, scripts, automated or bulk submissions, attempts to bypass the CAPTCHA or attempt limits, exploitation of bugs, and any other abuse lead to disqualification and forfeiture of rewards. MUFAD may withhold or reclaim a reward obtained in breach of these terms.

8. Taxes and applicable law

Rewards are subject to applicable terms, laws, taxes and withholding requirements, if any. Where the law requires tax to be deducted or information to be collected before a reward is paid, MUFAD will do so. Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to them. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. General

MUFAD is not responsible for network failures, device issues, or delays outside its control. MUFAD's decision on the validity of submissions and claims is final, subject to applicable law. These terms may be updated; the version published at the time of participation applies.
